GUEST NUMBERS

These must be confirmed with balance of payment one month prior to sailing (unless previous arrangement made).

CONFIRMED NUMBERS
The confirmed numbers will be the minimum you will be charged for - no exceptions.

DEPOSIT
A $500 non refundable deposit is required to confirm booking, see above for balance of  payment.

Deposits of passengers who do not arrive are not transferrable to other passengers or the bar.

BAR PAYMENTS
All bar payments are to be settled in full before disembarking (Cash, Eftpos or Company cheque)

SAFETY
Cruising Charter Company Ltd will refuse boarding to any passenger arriving at the vessel in an intoxicated state.

                  -WITH NO REFUNDS GIVEN IN THIS SITUATION.

TERMS
All charters are undertaken in accordance with our standard terms and conditions on reverse and code of safe practice, a copy of which is onboard.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

The Waipa Delta agrees to furnish and the client to hire the services set forth in accordance with the Terms and Conditions listed herewith:

Confirmed bookings are established on receipt of the specified non-refundable deposit within 14 days of receipt of this Charter Agreement.

Clients agree to advise the Waipa Delta, one month before sailing, their confirmed numbers of guests. This will become the minimum charge.

The Waipa Delta reserves the right to seat passengers in the place that uses the available space to its best advantage.

The Waipa Delta will not accept the responsibility for damage to, or loss of any property left aboard prior to, during or after any function.

In the event of any damages the client assumes responsibility for any and all damages caused by the client or any of the Client's guests or invitees or other persons attending the function, whether aboard the vessel or any other area owned by the Waipa Delta Business.

No food or beverages of any kind will be permitted to be brought aboard or removed from the Waipa Delta by the Client or any of the Client guests or invitees.

Clients agree to begin and complete their function at the specified time outlined in their confirmation.

If the Waipa Delta cannot be made available to the Client for causes beyond the control of the Waipa Delta, the Waipa Delta reserves the right to cancel the booking ( 100% REFUND ) or if possible hold the function "Dockside" i.e. without cruising ( 25% REFUND ).

Should the Client wish to operate a Bar Tab it must be paid in full at the end of the function and paid for by Cash, Company Cheque, Eftpos and Credit Cards.

In the event of a confirmed booking being canceled prior to confirmed numbers and balance payable, the Waipa Delta reserves the right to any non-refundable deposit. In the event of a confirmed booking being canceled prior to sailing after numbers and/or balance has been paid, the Waipa Delta reserves the right to retain all payments.
